Bobi Wine, People power reject 2021 election Roadmap. -Fremer media

Musician turned politician Hon Robert Kyagulany aka Bobi Wine a leader of a political pressure group people power  say he is totally against the new electoral roadmap released by Electoral Commission which according to him it was designed to favour President Museveni.

He says that its a mockery in the released roadmap that campaigns and elections shall be held digitally which according to him the EC followed Museveni’s directive that they hold what he termed a ‘scientific election without consulting other stakeholders including political formations, traditional and religious leaders and civil society organizations.

He says that every Ugandan knows that Museveni has since grown old and tired as he previously stated that a person after clocking 75 years of age, lacks the vigor and stamina to run for office.

“Museveni now sees an opportunity in COVID19 to avoid the embarrassment of probably collapsing at a campaign rally” – Bobi Wine stated

According to Bobi Wine, he says that the elections should at least be extended for not exceeding six months
