There was drama in Ugandan after a councilor allied to Bobi Wine showed up in the county Hall chained and also protesting what he termed as unlawful swearing-in of the new councilors by the speakers.
The swearing-in was forced to adjourn for a while after efforts to have him unchain himself failed to happen. The chief Magistrate Akello is said to have asked the said leader to unchain himself to allow the proceeding to go on but he refused.
The magistrate was forced to adjourn the ceremony because it became ungovernable and out of control. Until the incident happened, only two councilors out of the many that were expected to take the oath had been sworn in by the magistrate who was angered by the scenes that were witnessed in the house. The Bobi Wine allies have vowed to stay put and disrupt the proceedings if their pleas are not heard.
