The Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA) Competitions Displinary Panel has also Suspended Mbarara City FC Player Hillary Mukundane for 4 matches.
The Disciplinary proceedings were opened against Mukundane for use of threatening, harmful , offensive , rude , insulting comments and violent conduct towards match officials in the the game Onduparaka FC hosted Mbarara City on 9th march ,2021 at Green light Stadium in Arua.
The FUFA Competitions Displinary Panel identified and took into account the fact that;
- Hillary Mukundane does admit to contravening Article 30(2) Of the FCR.
- The second thing is that Mukundane is remorseful in his defence towards the Competitions Displinary Panel.
The FUFA Competitions Displinary Panel hereby;
- Suspends Hillary Mukundane for four (4) Competition Uganda Premier league matches effective immediately as of 17th Match, 2021.
- Should he fail to heed to the sanction above,the FUFA Competitions Displinary Panel shall be constained to take stringent disciplinary measures against Ankole Lions player.
