Bobi Wine is among the youngest politicians is not only in Africa but also in the world with the highest number of supporters. This was the first time for him to vie for the presidency despite many believing that he would not have made it to challenge President Museveni who has been in power for over 35 years.

In fact, during the 50-day campaign that commenced in November 2020, he was among the candidates who were able to attract huge crowds of people during rallies as people believed that he was the “man of change.”
