Lady Cricket Cranes Are Looking For A New Head Coach

The  Uganda Cricket Association (UCA) has released  a statement that the body is looking for a new head Coach for the Lady Cricket  Cranes.

The new head coach will sign a two year contract ,with a task  of training the ladies and developing a high performance program for the  Lady Cricket  Cranes  team.

The 2017 African Champions are scheduled to compete with other  ten  teams in Botswana  this year in October and will need to come  out  on top in order  to qualify to  the next round.

Zimbabwe and  Namibia will be the main rivals for Uganda in Botswana.

The new head Coach will take charge of the senior women’s National team  in a full time role, ensure  a clear pathways exists and is reviewed annually, support in the continued  creation of  National framework  for developing  world Class female Cricketers.

The Coach will  also  have  a task to develop an outstanding  Uganda Women’s  Cricket Team  supported by talent development programs  and structure.

Uganda Lady Cricket Cranes  is bidding for   a second qualification that will  en route the  team to 2023 Women’s Cricket World Cup.
