Shocking As Lady loses hair after death of her Grandmother

This is me and this is chemo. Real life shit.

No hair and my skin has gone haywire but it’s all part of the process, right?

I have such a hard time looking in the mirror now to see this person who’s been going through it but at the same time, I have to remember the bigger picture.

The bigger picture is to stop these tumors from growing and spreading and to live longer!!!

Life has taken another meaning after the past few weeks. After losing my grandma, I’ve been all over the place and a bit non responsive – all part of the grieving process. I’ll never get over it but will eventually find ways to get through the day.

A few more weeks of chemo and then scans so praying for good news!

Overall, I’m hanging in there! You know everyday is different of course but I’m getting through it – as warriors do!❤️❤️❤️

William Mauzon: Hang in there.. You look Great! The Smile makes it better.. hair – no hair.. what is important is that You are Here!! I was diagnosed earlier this year.. it is a bummer but it is part of Life.. it throws You challenges.. left & right.. it is what reminds us that we are alive..I am doing chemo also.. pills daily.. what I have is not curable but it is treatable.. whatever that actually means.. do hang in & fight the Good Fight. & Don’t forget to continue to do the things that you like.. You still have a life to live.. even tho this will shut you down sometime.. & embrace what you see in the mirror..

Eric: Continue to hang on to every strand of faith that you can hold on to. God is there with you, every treatment, every disappointment and every heartbreak. He will never leave nor forsake you. What an awesome testimony you are going to have. Just stand.

Gary: We never know how strong we are until strong is the only choice we have.
I’ve been where you are, and it’s a miserable part of the journey, but you’ll find respites along the way, and overcome the daily challenges you face.
You are strong 💪
