Shocking As Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Appoints Former Military Woman As Vice President

President of Uganda His Excellency President Yoweri Museveni who was recently re-elected as Uganda president has appointed Jessica Alupo as his vice president while reshuffling the cabinet. Alupo was born in 1974 in Katakwi district, she is a former military and educator.

First, she trained as an highschool teacher at the Uganda Junior Staff College in Jinja before undergoing training as the Cadet officer.

She also holds a bachelor degree in Political Science and linguistic, a master’s in the same and Master of Arts in International Relations.

She served as a teacher at Katakwi High School for long time and an intelligence officer at the chieftaincy of Military intelligence among many other experiences.

It’s in 2001 when she joined politics and after 20 years of being active in politics she’s privileged to be the second in command.
