Ugandans have shared their anger and frustration on social media after President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni congratulatory message to the Uganda National team.
Uganda won their rivals Rwanda by 1-0 , a goal scored by Fahad Bayo.

Uganda had earlier drawn 0-0 with Kenya, drawn 0-0 against Mali making Uganda 2nd on the table behind Mali.
