UPL: Busoga United and BUL Fc vow victory ahead of the Jinja-side Derby

FUFA Technical Center Njeru is set to suffer tomorrow as the two Jinja-based giants convince to grab the three points at the end of the day.

The two clubs, Busoga United and BUL Fc are looking forward to pocketing their first win after opening the season winless.

Busoga United was humiliatingly beaten by the Bombo based UPDF Fc 3-0 in the game where Douglas Muganga netted his own side.

BUL Fc failed to maintain the three points at their home ground, Kyabazinga stadium Bugembe, against a ten-men SC Villa who were red carded amidst the game.

The game ended BUL Fc 2-2 SC Villa. Their goals were scored by Esenu and Richard Wandyaka.

This, however,has not stopped Busoga United assistant head coach,Fred Lumu from promising their fans victory from tomorrow’s game.

” We are more than ready for the match,and my players are in a good condition. Additionally, players whose licences have been pending are now processed.

” I want nothing else like a win in this game,yes we do respect our opponent club but we are not scared of them,we just want a win and the day will be ours at the end.” Asserts Lumu.

The added players on Busoga United squad are Kasonko George,Kamya,Mugulusi Isma and Magero Balabala.

Dan Mubiru the assistant head coach BUL Fc,who currently serves the duties on behalf of the head coach, Arthur Kyesimiira with the U-17 National duty hopes positive results in the derby.

” We have corrected the mistakes that denied us the three points in the opener game,but we have prepared so well for the derby and expect maximum points in the game.” Quotes Dan Mubiru.

In their last five meetings:
Busoga United has two wins, BUL Fc has one victory and the rest ended in draws.
