We don’t have time for rubbish, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni

Speaking during a meeting a short meeting with some National Resistance Movement (NRM) members of Parliament elected under the National Resistance Movement umbrella, president museveni wondered why some section of opposition leaders are so quick to criticize government but are always silent when some enemies are terrorizing Ugandans like was the case during last year’s campaigns.

President museveni asked the opposition elements to balance while speaking. You can criticize the government but how about the enemies terrorizing Ugandans?

“When some of you like the National Unity Party (NUP) accepted to be financed, you said the struggle has been betrayed by the government. If you allow your opponent to finance your activities, it is a clear indication that you are not competing but rather playing games. Bobi wine for instance, knew about this dirty deals but he ended up nowhere as the National Unity Party leader,” museveni said.

The Ugandan President added that even the protests were a result of miscalculators who might thought that their attacks on members of National Resistance Movement (NRM) would scare people from voting and that the government would collapse.

” 42 years we liberated uganda. Amin thought he was big headed. We warned him to stop killing Ugandans and he didn’t listen. We decided to arrange and after we came and crushed him out. He regretted his actions. No one can disturb the peace of Uganda. Absolutely no one”. Museveni noted.

Museveni says they have no time for rubbish but rather have humble time to work for the people of uganda who went to the poll in the January 14 to elect him as their most preferred president of Uganda.

“Bobi wine was always playing games and giving funny excuses to his supporters of travelling in and out of the country unnecessarily,” museveni added.

The elected president said even those who were arrested have helped the government to learn more about the plans of their leaders whom he referred to as miscalculators.

Museveni also asked the members of Parliament elected under the National Resistance Movement (NRM) flag not be intimidated by state crooks and should distant themselves from the bribes that may come in due process.
