It’s sad to watch an election degenerate into a bloodletting exercise by the Ugandan police and military.Police brutality in Uganda has now become a norm as more people alleged to be in the opposition get arrested, injured and killed.
I regret to announce the murder of my security team member Francis Senteza Kalibala aka Frank. He was deliberately ran over by military-police truck, No. H4DF 2382 which blocked us in Busega on our way to Rubaga to get Kasirye Ashraf emergency medical attention.

Museveni has ruled Uganda since 1986 and he is not ready to hand over power any time soon.
