Youth deny voting for Yoweri Kaguta Museveni

Just after the long awaited presidential Election of Uganda came and the anticipation of the people was met concerning who is going to be the Next President of Ugadan between the Incumbent President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and Musician-turn-politician Bobi Wine.

However, the final result of the election is out, and the Uganda Electoral Commission have declared Kaguta Museveni, who is the Incumbent President of Ugadan for his 6th Term in office as the President of Uganda.

While addressing the people of the country yesterday night, President Museveni made a remarkable statement about how the youths of Uganda turned up for the Election. He claimed that majority of the Youths Voted for NRM, which is the Political party of the President.

He Said: “The Youth have turned up in big Numbers. If all the Youth voted for Bobi Wine then how did Museveni get all these votes? The majority of the youth support the NRM and the number is going to increase.”

This statement from the President got many of his people angry on Twitter, as a lot of the youth blasted the President.

One of the Citizen of the country with the name @Dorah Kay said: “No Youth can Support You.”

@Alexisprodt said: “Let him STOP this Provocation, please He isn’t the will of the people.”

@Derrick With A Que said: “You should however be working to reconcile the country. This hate speech isn’t going to give you a lot headway. Your tone should be, well, even for those whose votes were rigged, I will work to be your president and improve this country.”
